Send Fax directly from your desktop using your favorite program! The FaxMicro Fax Printer driver is software that installs on your computer making your Fax account with FaxMicro a selectable option under Print. What this means is you can send documents directly to Fax as easily as printing! When you finish and are ready to fax a document just go to print and select Fax.

Note: Fax Printer Driver is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP only.

• Download the Fax Printer driver
• Install the software using the instructions below

• Configure the program by entering your user name and password and email address..

• Print the document using your preferred software
• Choose Faxmicro Printer from the printer options
• Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND
• Confirm that the job has been done.

Installing the FaxMicro Fax Printer Driver

Step 1:

Download the FaxMicro Fax Printer Driver

Save the Fax Printer Driver in a convenient location in your computer. Once the download is complete click on the icon to start the installation process.

Step 2:

Read the License Agreement, Click the "I accept the terms of the license agreement" and click NEXT to continue.

Step 3:

Fill out required information and click NEXT to move on to the next step

Step 4:

Click Install to begin the installation and Click ok when installation is complete.

Configuring the FaxMicro Driver

Step 5:

Fill up the setup Printer prompt box with the appropriate information.

1. Enter your FaxMicro 6-digit user ID number
2. Enter our numerical password
3. Confirm your numerical password
4. Enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to this address.

Click OK to continue

Step 6:

Click FINISH

Sending Fax with the FaxMicro Printer Driver

Step 7:

Once you have your document ready, Print the file using your preferred Software.

Choose the FaxMicro Printer from your printer options and click OK.

Step 8:

Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND

Step 9:

You will be notified that the Fax transmission has been sent.

Click OK and you're done.
