Faxmicro is the Fax service that lets you receive and send Fax messages from any location with just a computer with an Internet connection. Now you can send faxes through email.

1. Send the email to username@sf.faxmicro.com (example: george@sf.faxmicro.com)
   
   
2. Put the 10-digit destination fax number in the subject. No spaces and dashes. (Example Subject: 4805856874)
   
   
3. Attach the file you want to send. Supported file formats are as follows:
   

   .DOC .HTML .HTM .RTF .XLS .XLW .CSV .PPT

   .PPS .JPEG .JPG .BMP .PNG .GIF .PSD .EPS

   .PCX .CUR .ICO .TXT .PDF .PS

   
   
   
4. User will receive an email with a subject: "Your IP Address Needs to be Verified"
   
   

   Example Email:

   From: <default@sf.faxmicro.com> To: "Joe Gordon " <danny@yahoo.com> Sent: Thursday, August 11, 2005 7:12 AM Subject: Your IP Address Needs to be Verified  Unknown IP 217.160.230.40 please jump to http://66.250.69.37/mail2fax/verify.cgi?user_id=110969 to verify this ip address. thank u.

   
   
5. Please click on the link given in the email and enter your account's password.
   
   
6. Fax will be sent.
   
   
7. You will receive an email notification stating that the fax is successful or not in the email address you used to send the fax.
